The DP single-cylinder cone crusher is a crushing equipment used for mineral fine crushing operations. It is respectively used for coarse crushing, medium crushing, and fine crushing. It can crush materials to the required particle size range and meet customers' production capacity requirements.

Working Principle Of Stone Crusher Machine
When the cone crusher is working, the rotation of the motor is transmitted through the pulley or coupling to the drive shaft of the cone crusher. The cone part of the crusher swings around a fixed point under the force of the eccentric sleeve. This causes the crushing wall of the cone crusher to periodically approach and move away from the surface of the crushing wall fixed on the adjusting sleeve, continuously impacting, compressing and bending the ore in the crushing chamber to achieve crushing. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve through bevel gears, making the crushing cone swing. The crushing cone periodically approaches and moves away from the fixed cone, completing the crushing and discharge process.
