Ultra-fine grinding mill is a kind of equipment used for high-fineness grinding processing. It is suitable for various materials such as barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, etc. The finished product particle size range is 400-1350 mesh, and some materials can reach up to 2500 mesh.
Working Principle
Material enters the main unit through the feed hopper. High-pressure springs and centrifugal force cause the grinding rollers to roll against the grinding rings, crushing the material.
The crushed material is sorted by an analyzer. Powders with acceptable fineness enter the cyclone collector as the finished product, while the coarse powder returns to the main unit for re-grinding.
Centrifugal ultrafine grinding mill (also known as an ultrafine mill) is an ultrafine grinding device that can replace a Raymond mill, producing ultrafine powders smoothly. The fineness can be adjusted between 80 and 1500 mesh.

The particle size can be adjusted between 80 and 1500 mesh.
